Start with the drain pump filter, behind the small panel at the bottom front of the machine. Coins, buttons and lint collect there and block it, and most owners have never opened it. If the filter is clear, the next suspects are a kinked or blocked drain hose and the pump itself — and that is the point at which it is worth calling a technician.
